when life gets real

I was trying to put together a funny post. Then I turned on the computer and have been watching the news for the past three hours. Its all kind of unimportant right now. We need to lift up our friends, family, sisters and brothers in Japan right now.  When life gets real, I get on my knees. Its the most powerful weapon I have against depression, saddness and hopelessness. I used to have a friend that lived over in Japan. She isn't there but I bet her friends are.. and I am lifting them up in prayers. Thinking of you today Ms. Jackie. Wrap your red scarf around you.. it still holds those prayers.
